Use this form to contact your child’s tutor or Director of Progress about pastoral concerns or academic concerns in more than one subject. |

Use this form if you have a question or concern relating to a particular curriculum subject. Your enquiry will be passed on to the class teacher, subject leader or a member of SLT, as appropriate. |

Any enquiry about SEND will be referred to the SENCO team, Miss Edwards and Miss King, or the SEN administrator, Mrs Jones. |

Report a safeguarding concern
If you need to report a safeguarding concern to the school, please contact reception or email safeguarding@frogmorecollege.co.uk during the school working day.
If you need to raise a safeguarding concern and it is out of school hours or during a school holiday, please contact Hampshire County Council's safeguarding team on: 0300 555 1384 or the police on 101. If a child is in immediate danger, please contact the police using 999.
