Pastoral Contact

Use this form to contact your child’s tutor or Director of Progress about pastoral concerns or academic concerns in more than one subject.

Subject Contact

Use this form if you have a question or concern relating to a particular curriculum subject.  Your enquiry will be passed on to the class teacher, subject leader or a member of SLT, as appropriate.

SEND Contact

Any enquiry about SEND will be referred to the SENCO team, Miss Edwards and Miss King, or the SEN administrator, Mrs Jones.

Attendance Contact

Use this form to report absence for your child.  Further information about student attendance can be found here.

Report a safeguarding concern

If you need to report a safeguarding concern to the school, please contact reception or email safeguarding@frogmorecollege.co.uk during the school working day

If you need to raise a safeguarding concern and it is out of school hours or during a school holiday, please contact Hampshire County Council's safeguarding team on: 0300 555 1384 or the police on 101.  If a child is in immediate danger, please contact the police using 999.
