Career Opportunities

Staff value the support they receive and leaders’ concern for their workload and well-being. Ofsted  - February 2022

Frogmore Community College is a wonderful place to work!

Our ethos of community extends to our care for staff. We want every member of our Frogmore family to flourish. Our small size means that relationships are incredibly strong and the sense of mutual support is tangible. We are a community of learners and, as such, professional learning is a high priority.  Whether you are new to the profession or have significant experience, we will provide a variety of opportunities for you to learn and grow.

We are actively committed to supporting staff to balance their home and work commitments.  One example is our policy of giving all staff an entitlement to unpaid authorised absence (up to 2 days for teaching staff; 5 days for support staff).  This means that staff can have the flexibility to attend vital events that fall during term time, be it a family wedding, their child's sports day, or a special weekend away.

If you are looking to join our team, do check the current opportunities, as listed below. Alternatively, if you are keen to join us but no post is currently advertised, do get in touch. We will happily keep your details on record and notify you as soon as an opportunity arises.  Contact Helen Humfryes via the school reception (01252 408444) or email adminoffice@frogmorecollege.co.uk.
