At Frogmore Community College, we are committed to equity, excellence, and the personal development of every student – empowering them with the confidence, knowledge, and skills to thrive in school, in society, and in life. As a relatively small school, we are able to take a personal interest in each student’s learning, achievement, and well-being, ensuring every individual can thrive.

Ofsted captured this ethos when they visited in February 2022, noting: “The school is a happy and friendly place to learn. Pupils say they feel that they belong to the ‘Frogmore family’. They feel well supported and cared for by staff.”

On 1st October 2024, we joined the Weydon Multi Academy Trust (WMAT), marking an exciting new chapter for our school. Since joining WMAT, we have:

  • Strengthened our teaching and learning through shared expertise across the Trust.
  • Enhanced facilities and resources to support student learning and enrichment.
  • Introduced innovative programmes to improve well-being, personal development, and opportunities beyond the classroom.
  • Expanded staff professional development, ensuring our team continues to grow and deliver outstanding education.

Looking ahead, we are excited about the future:

  • Continuing to develop our curriculum to provide broad and inspiring opportunities for all students.
  • Investing in new technology and learning spaces to support creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Growing partnerships with the local community and other WMAT schools to enhance learning and leadership opportunities.
  • Strengthening student voice and leadership, ensuring every child feels empowered and included.

Frogmore Community College is committed to providing an environment where every student can thrive, achieve their potential, and be proud of their school. We look forward to welcoming you to our community.

Houses

Every student is assigned to one of our three houses. This, coupled with vertical tutor groups, builds a powerful sense of family and belonging. Relationships between students across all years are quickly formed and senior students act as role models and leaders.
