Enrichment & Extra Curricular
Friends and Belonging
Building friendships is an essential life skill and a big part of settling into secondary school. From the very first day, we support students in getting to know one another by carefully allocating tutor groups and running welcoming activities within them. These early opportunities help students feel comfortable and begin forming positive relationships.
There are many ways for students to make new friends, joining a lunchtime or after-school club is a great place to start. And if your child notices someone on their own, we always encourage a simple "hello", because sometimes the smallest gesture can lead to a great friendship.
Extra-curricular activities: sports teams and school fixtures
Frogmore offers a range of lunchtime and after-school extra-curricular activities to students. These include both sporting and non-sporting clubs designed to enrich your child’s school experience and encourage them to try new interests.
School Trips and Educational Experiences
We organise a range of educational visits and school trips throughout the year. These experiences:
- Bring learning to life and deepen students’ understanding
- Provide opportunities to explore new environments beyond the classroom
- Help build confidence and develop teamwork skills
- Create lasting memories and enrich personal growth
We always aim to give parents plenty of notice about upcoming trips, including all necessary details and deadlines. Please note:
- There is a non-negotiable closing date for payments.
- If the deadline is missed, we cannot guarantee a place for your child. We believe that these visits are a valuable part of your child’s education and greatly enhance their overall experience at Frogmore.
We warmly encourage all students to participate and enjoy the fantastic opportunities available beyond the classroom at Frogmore.
