Staff at Frogmore play a full part in school life, not only through excellent classroom teaching, but also by contributing to the many clubs, trips, activities and opportunities that enrich our students’ experiences beyond the classroom. Our extensive extra-curricular programme is an important part of school life and helps students develop confidence, resilience and skills for the future.
Professional development is at the heart of what we do. As part of WMAT, staff benefit from excellent training opportunities, collaboration across trust-wide subject networks and access to shared expertise and best practice. There are also opportunities for wider career progression across the Trust. At Frogmore, all teaching staff take part in twice-weekly CPD sessions, creating regular opportunities to learn from one another, share ideas and celebrate excellent practice across the school.
We are equally committed to supporting staff wellbeing. We recognise that working in education is both rewarding and demanding, and we value the dedication and hard work of every colleague. New staff quickly become part of the Frogmore community and are supported both professionally and personally from the moment they join us.
