Our extensive extra-curricular programme is an important part of school life and helps students develop confidence, resilience and skills for the future.

Professional development is at the heart of what we do. As part of WMAT, staff benefit from excellent training opportunities, collaboration across trust-wide subject networks and access to shared expertise and best practice. There are also opportunities for wider career progression across the Trust. At Frogmore, all teaching staff take part in twice-weekly CPD sessions, creating regular opportunities to learn from one another, share ideas and celebrate excellent practice across the school.
